Table d'hôtes: à table

We invite you at the table d'hôtes! The cuisine of the Tarn (and Aveyron) is authentic, generous and elegant. You are very welcome to taste traditional dishes, with a small personal and may be modern touch. Marianne (owner and cook) cooks with local produce from the Tarn and Aveyron, according to the seasons and daily inspirations. She gets her inspiration from her big collection of (more than) 1000 cookbooks.

So, just to give you an impression ... Marianne does her shopping at the markets of the Tarn. She goes to the market in Carmaux, Monestiés, Cordes sur Ciel, Albi ... Or just at the other side of the Viaur, in the Aveyron (Naucelle and Rodez) or in local shops. The menus will be inspired by produce of the Tarn or produce of the Aveyron.

Do not hesitate to ask Marianne about the origin of the produce or the dishes and everything else you would like to know about the recipes.
